What is your returns policy?

We make every effort to ensure your order is correct. However if you are not completely satisfied please contact us. Please do not return the item unless we say so. We will not be responsible for any costs incurred if the order is returned without our authorisation. If the error is our mistake we will rectify as soon as possible.

If an item arrives broken please contact us so we can send a replacement as soon as possible. All breakages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery otherwise we will not be held responsible.
